Hi Brig- you are turning 17 today, and you will have a huge growth phase into becoming a man this year. I grew 15 cm, and gained 15kg at 17 years old. You resemble me in so many ways.
I want you to grow in a brave, strong man. I have attached a book- a treasure- called Bronze Age Mindset. It teaches about being a man.
