The Cour d’Apel in Chambery makes these same kind of decisions as ones in the UK. There is no justice for fathers. It is incredible how they are afraid of mothers- even mothers proven to be horrible, fraudulent, vile and and vindictive.
This woman had 82 !! Court Hearings for defying court orders to allow the father to see the child. Yet, the court does nothing. The mother is not charged with anything, and family the destroyed.
5 years later, there is still no action by the court. Too bad… they claim.
